Unicorn Knights, the Protectors of the Fairelands

It is a sacred duty to protect the Fairelands, one that all the Unicorn Knights share. For this purpose they are given the Armor of Resilience, the Shield of Strength and the Sword of Hope. In the Fairelands the Darkness has visible forms, ones that a skilled knight may defeat should her belief in her cause and her trust in her companions be strong enough.

The unicorns travel with them, not as war mounts, but as friends. Their magic aids the knights, reminding them that even in the parts of the Fairelands where all hope seems lost one can find it from within. From the support of others, friends, family, community. Their journey is long, their service neverending, but they would not want it any other way. They keep the Darkness at bay and hope alive, day after day.

Fantasy Faire is open! The portals to the Fairelands have emerged and will bring you through the mists for eleven days before they vanish again. Journey to the Fairelands Junction and acquire a handy teleport HUD from there, or simply travel through all 14 worlds: they form a circle continent.

Space Bunny: Guardian of Fluffzoid 8

The thing about the space bunnies of Fluffzoid 8 that isn’t mentioned to the tourists is that their leaders are shapeshifters. One moment a fluffy hoppy thing of bright colours, the next a guardian female of telekinetic powers strong enough to toss trespassers into orbit.

They take their job of guarding their smaller kin seriously: the majority of the bunnies are unable to shapeshift and simply enjoy their curious lives on Fluffzoid 8 sniffing, nuzzling and flopping about to enjoy the suns in the turquoise grass.

What is widely known, however, is that not one single bunny has been taken off-planet in the known galactic history. There are continuous attempts of course, ranging from official zoo and research expeditions to downright pet poaching. They all fail.

Therefore the only way to pet a space bunny is to travel to Fluffzoid 8, follow the safety regulations, bring treats and behave yourself. You never know who is hiding underneath that teal fluff and wiggly nose.

The Legacy of Maul skin by Fallen Gods Inc. is available in We Love RP and the hair by Olive (Sweetpea) can be won in this round’s Arcade. The outfit by r2 is not made for mesh bodies and does not have any appliers, I simply wore it over Maitreya’s Lara and alphad a teeny tiny bit on top. It worked otherwise fine but the boots clipped slightly around thighs in most poses. The body suit and gloves are available in Collabor88 right now.

Black & White

I love monochrome palette deeply. I tend to create drows and snow elementals almost automatically and I enjoy mixing the two extremes for emphasis. It seems I’m not the only one! The latest release by Fallen Gods Inc., Tao, is a proof of this.

Tao is a combination of a black skin and white body tattoo — or a white skin and a black body tattoo — both versions in the packet. The body tattoos can obviously be worn with other skins, as well. As usual, Alia’s talent challenges mine: how to pose in a SFW style while wearing nothing but Slink boots, Wasabi Pills hair and a lot of .( bewildebeest ). jewelry? It took a lot of pose and angle adjusting, I assure you!

Note the yin-yang eyes that are a part of Tao! Also note — with sadness — the gorgeous jewelry by .( bewildebeest ). Why sadness, you ask. The additional make-up layers are by Nuuna’s Skins, three layers from her latest make-up packet. It’s for sale for 200L at the moment (normally 300L). The subscribo note said she’ll keep it at lower price for a week, but I must admit I don’t know when the said week will end. I bought them today, though! Come Out and Play~

This is turning into a Twisted Week, yegads. I have at least two more unseelie ideas waiting to be mix-matched and shot. …photoshot. Photoshooted? Some such. But for now, here’s an unseelie assassin asking you to come out and play!

The straptastic outfit is by Dare Designs and comes with a silk-style skirt, but my assassin girl complained that it gets entangled in action, so I left it off. The hooves, horns, eyes and the make-up layer are by Indigo Oddities. The pose is actually from an angelic flying couple pose by Eternal Dream, but it looked so fun and inviting that I used one of them for this.

The wondrous dark fae hideaway tree house is by Urban Forge and absolutely perfect for a friendly game of tag. …what dagger? You’re seeing things, surely! (It and the pose are by Ms. B. Designs.) I gave the assassin a skin by VoiD and hair by Magika. As before, the hair is the only thing not from Twisted Hunt.
